Do you wholesale?
Yes, but on a limited basis. As a small company, we have small amounts of stock in at any given time and have to limit the styles we sell at wholesale. We want nothing more than to provide as many boutiques, yoga instructors, and studios with our beautiful mats, but we ask for your understanding if we cannot sell you exactly what you want.

Right now we have available our adult blue and pink mats, and kids pink. Straps take 2 weeks.

Why should I buy a mat from you when I can get a cheap one from (TJ Maxx, Target, Whole Foods, etc)?
We understand that cost is an issue, especially in these difficult economic times. But we hope that customers understand that yoga mats, like say, shoes for instance, vary in wildly quality and performance. Yes, you can get a cheap PVC yoga mat from a chain store, but the cost on the environment and on your health is heavy. Lotuspad yoga mats are made from a costly patented material that is, unlike most yoga mats, 100% decomposable. It also happens to be a beautiful, soft material that lends itself to vivid colors and elegant patterns.

Unlike some large corporate suppliers, Lotuspad is a small boutique brand that takes great pride in its products. From our hand-applied minimalist packaging to our Massachusetts-made, handcrafted carry straps, every Lotuspad has a human touch.

Where are your products made?
Our yoga mats are made in Taiwan, which supports higher manufacturing standards than China. Our carry straps are made in small batches in Massachusetts by a small boutique woman-owned tailor shop.

I live in Boston/Cambridge. Can I pick up a mat from you?
Yes, enter code “pickup” in the discount code box and contact us using the form below to arrange. We are located in Central Square, Cambridge. Sorry, we do not have a retail store.

Why do kids need their own yoga mat?
Kids love doing yoga, and truly appreciate having a mat “their size” to practice on. Small mats are practical too – they are much easier for kids to roll and unroll, and they are extremely lightweight. Besides, we work hard to keep the prices on our kids mats way below the cost of adult mats.

Why do you have such gendered colors for your kids mats?
We buy our colors according to availability, and these pinks and blues were the most beautiful colors available on this round. We will have more colors in stock in late autumn. We also have a daughter that is crazy about pink, and many of our customers have little girls (and boys) who love it too. So this is why we try to always carry a pink mat.

Why don’t you offer a 60” kids yoga mat?
We want our kids yoga mats to be as useful as possible. We feel that younger kids really benefit from the small size and low weight of a 48” mat. Older kids and teens are ready for a 68” standard yoga mat.
