Shipping
Packages are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship via UPS Ground. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we ship via USPS. We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $75. (Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.)
****Regarding the new mats**** If you purchase one of the mats available now for pre-purchase, we will ship your complete order when the new mats arrive. We believe this will be the last week of November, although it might be the first week of December. We will guarantee that all pre-purchased orders will arrive well before Christmas. Please contact us if you have any questions!
Packages are sent with NO signature required. If you require a signature, please contact us using the form below right after you order. We cannot be responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages if you give us the wrong shipping address. Please be very careful about entering in the correct shipping address. This is especially true if you’re using your PayPal account and have recently moved.
International orders
We are once again able to ship internationally. Please contact us for custom shipping quote.
Return/exchange policy
Full refunds (minus shipping and handling) will be issued provided that the product(s) is in resalable condition upon receipt and the merchandise is returned within 14 days of the ship date on your order.
Before returning any merchandise for a refund or exchange, please use the form below to contact us. We will provide you with information necessary for the return or exchange.
Non-received/Received wrong item: If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error, if any, and what item(s) were missing from your order. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
Sale/clearance items and items sold “AS IS” are not refundable.
