To find out exactly how long your package will take, please refer to the UPS zone map and enter 02143 as the ship-from zip code.

Packages are normally shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Approximate shipping times are 1-2 business days to the East Coast, 5 to the West Coast. We ship via UPS Ground, but if you need your package sooner, please let us know and we can arrange alternate shipping when possible (additional charges may apply). If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we ship via USPS Parcel Post.

If you live in Boston/Cambridge and would like to pick up the mat in person, use the code “pickup” in the shopping cart to eliminate shipping charges and then contact us to arrange a time. (please do not use this code if you are not planning to pick up in person)

Please note that we do not keep regular office hours. We are a family-run business and sometimes do our shipping late at night or early in the morning.

Packages are sent with NO signature required. If you require a signature, please contact us right after you order. We cannot be responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages if you give us the wrong shipping address. Please be very careful about entering in the correct shipping address. This is especially true if you’re using your PayPal account and have recently moved.

International orders
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world – please contact us for an exact quote. Generally, the cost to ship one yoga mat /strap anywhere is $35USD. No, we don’t like these prices either, but due to post office regulations and the size of the package, the only option we have is the expensive USPS Priority Mail.

Return/exchange policy

We know how important it is to feel a yoga mat prior to purchase. We are happy to let you “try out” your mat and if you are not happy with it, return within 14 days for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping).

Full refunds (minus shipping and handling) will be issued provided that the product(s) is in resalable condition upon receipt and the merchandise is returned within 14 days of the ship date on your order.

Non-received/Received wrong item: If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error, if any, and what item(s) were missing from your order. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.

Want to be extra eco?

Occasionally we will have a used shipping box from a return, sample, or misdelivered package. If you would like to have your mat shipped in a previously-used box, please contact us and let us know after you order. We try to reuse materials whenever possible!
